Who We Are!
The Border Riders Motorcycle Club “BRMC” is a not-for-profit 501(c)(7) organization for gay men who like to ride motorcycles and who like to go camping on their motorcycles. Our membership spans the Pacific Northwest with the greatest participation in the Portland, Seattle and Vancouver B.C. areas. We are one of the largest and longest-running gay motorcycle clubs in North America. We welcome like-minded guests to our Meet & Greets, day rides, and to our monthly meetings and summer campouts with a sponsoring BRMC member.

December 2024 Club Holiday Party
December’s holiday party was hosted by Richard A. and Chris L. at their ranch in Bow, WA. Revelers came from far and wide (¡even Canada!) to enjoy a hearty feast, camaraderie and the ever-popular white elephant gift exchange.
The usual cold rain — though a few degrees warmer than normal — meant that we didn’t arrive on motorcycles. We had social time over an assortment of snacks, then roll call, then dinner of giant baked potatoes with an assortment of hearty toppings. The spirited gift exchange was, as always, a highlight of the year.

Annual Dues
By: Treasurer Stan C.
It is that time of year to renew your membership. Go to the website to pay your dues.
I know it has been standard procedure that you are allowed to pay the day of or at the AGM. We are asking all of you to try pay before the 18th. Paying at the last minute or at AGM makes the Budget discussed at the AGM potentially wrong as the Treasurer has to guess as to how many members will renew. It also makes additional work for the Treasurer since he has to keep a watchful eye on registrations and adjust things at the last minute. So, it would be much appreciated if you could please renew & pay your dues before the 18th of January.

Tell us about your travels, adventures, mishaps, etc.
To contribute, send your story & pictures to News@BorderRiders.com

Gear Store
The Gear Store was open Victoria Day Weekend. The next time the gear store will open is the banquet in February. Reach out to Stan or Dennis if there is something you want to make sure will be available so he can order it in for you.
From the Handlebars of the President
Many thanks to Chris and Richard for hosting the Holiday Party at their place once again this year, a wonderful time for all.
This year will be our third year of not having the AGM at The Cuff – no parking fees, no sticky floors, but - can’t run around naked like you can at The Cuff. Instead of me cooking or a potluck the food will be catered this year.
In addition to the normal election of officers, budget approval and voting on new members (check out the bio for Dmitri B in the members section) I’m expecting a lively discussion about the bylaws.
I hope to see many of you there!
